Copyright Policy

Copyright Policy

The transfer of copyright is standard practice in journals publishing. It is designed to facilitate the protection from copyright abuse for authors, editors, and publishers involved in the creation of a single copyright product composed of multiple contributions.

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a Copyright Transfer Form that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers, it is necessary that authors submit a copyright transfer form before publication of the work.

All claims/complaints/grievances regarding copyright infringement should be addressed directly to the Editor EJAET at europeanjournals@gmail.com or editor@ejaet.com All claims must be supplemented by documentary evidence. The EJAET editorial board reserves the sole right to decide the validity of any such claims. After deliberation, if the claim is found justified, the concerned manuscript will be removed from all EJAET archives and servers.
