 Author’s Guidelines (Instruction to Authors)

The authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts as per the instructions/specifications given below. It should be noted that the review process is solely depend upon the significance of the work and the care used by authors to represent it, in the form of their manuscripts. Therefore, authors are strongly encouraged to read these instructions carefully before preparing/submitting their manuscript for publication.

TYPES OF MANUSCRIPT

EJAET publishes original research articles, invited review articles, technical notes and technical reports that add significantly to the body of knowledge concerning the engineering, science and technology.

Research Articles
Manuscript of Full-length Original Articles should include an abstract (Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusion), Introduction, Experimental Methods, Results and Discussion, Acknowledgment, References, Figure Captions List and Tables. Graphics, images and diagrams should be submitted separately in a high-quality original format.
Review Articles
Review articles are intended to provide an updated perspective on a certain subject that could be relevant for the readership of the journal. Review articles should include an abstract. Review articles are by invitation only.
Technical Notes
Technical notes do not exceed four printed pages (including figures and tables). They are the appropriate form for new findings, preliminary original results, comments on papers published in the journal, or important new records. A Technical Note should not include an abstract. Technical notes will be reviewed as normal papers.
Technical Reports
Technical Reports are intended to report about local, regional and international meetings, workshops and conferences, and new instrumentation and technical industrial reports.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT / ARTICLE/ PAPER

Manuscripts are invited from academicians, research students, scientists and industry persons for publication consideration. Authors may submit their original research work, review papers; short communications, letter etc only to submit@ejaet.com . Authors are advised to submit the articles only with the copyright form duly signed, scanned and attached; authors may download the copyright form here .

Papers are accepted for editorial consideration through email submit@ejaet.com  with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Papers accepted for publication may not be published elsewhere in the same form, either in the language of the paper or any other language.
HOW TO PREPARE MANUSCRIPT

The manuscript should strictly be in the following order while submitting the article:

Author(s) Information:
It should have Title, Name(s) of author(s) and their affiliations i.e. postal address, City, state, zip code, Country name, Telephone no., fax and corresponding author’s email address(es).
Title of Paper (Manuscript): 
The title of the paper should be concise and definitive.
Keywords:
It should contain up to 5 key terms related to the research work for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes.
Abstract:
A short abstract (200-300 words maximum) should open the paper. The purpose of an abstract is to give a clear indication of the objective, scope, and results of the paper so that readers may determine whether the full text will be of particular interest to them.
INTRODUCATION
It should represent the scope, objective and novelty of the research work.
DESIGN AND EXPERIMENTAL SECTION
It should contain information about the researchs, new findings and the methods adopted to carry out the research work, software used and procedures followed etc.  The units and dimensions should be expressed according to the metric system and SI units.
Tables
All tables should be numbered in order, the word Table may be bolded. The table number should be properly given, large size tables should be split into two or more tables so that it can be accomodated within the page size. Table width and cell sizing should be even and all the content should be centered. Tables should be given using tables options, do not draw tables using lines, the table width should be properly given, Also do not insert any tables as image format, it should be editable. The title of the table should be bolded and should not contain any text box. Number of the tables should be given over the tables and without any border, shading.

Figures and Images
All figure number should be arranged orderly, the figures should not be supplied separately but pasted in the proper place. Figure number and title should be given below the figure, the content of the figure should be explained in the title of figure. All images supplied should have enough resolution, inferior images will be removed. Do not give the figures and tables in the last page, provide them wherever necessary in the article. Provide the figure name and number below the figure and also do not form the images in two columns. Ex: Fig.1 Image showing the map of the study area.
Equations
All equations should be numbered in order from starting and the notations used in the various equations should be given after abstract. Authors are insisted to follow standard notations and SI units system even though its not mandatory.
RESULTS
Results should be clear and concise. It should contain summary of the research work performed, result interpretations and finally their conclusion. 
DISCUSSIONS
This should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Author can write the Results and Discussion section in combined.
CONCLUSIONS
The main conclusions of the research may be presented in a short Conclusions section. It is highly recommended that you add Future Work issues in this section.
Acknowledgement
Write acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references, if any. List here those individuals who provided help during the research. It should contain the information regarding any research grant support or the assistance of colleagues. 
REFERENCES
The references should be cited in the main text in passing [1] or explicitly as in [2] with large brackets not in superscript or subscript. The full references should be given as below in the order in which they are cited. A complete reference should comprise the following:

AFTER PAPER ACEPTANCE 

The final decision on publication is made upon recommendation of Editorial/ Reviewer Board Members.

Publication Time:

Author will receive soft copy of their Paper in 2-4 Weeks after payment of Article Processing Charges and submission of copyright form.

Publishing Method:
All articles accepted for publication will be published only online. Authors are free to download their papers at any time, no reprints or any other format of accepted article will be provided.
Copyright Form: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright form before publication of the work. Article Processing Fee /Charges

Upon acceptance, Authors are required to pay a nominal pre-press charges is to be paid. Article processing charges (APCs) are associated with only accepted articles to cover the costs of making the final version of the manuscript freely available via open access.

Article Processing Fee /Charges: 30 USD (1200 INR for Indian Author)

Note:
1. Author should note that once submitted paper is accepted it cannot be withdrawn in any case.
2. Paper submitted to EJAET is not published/ in communication earlier in any means print or online.
